10" Diameter 50Ply Loose Buffing Wheel. Made of low density 60/60 untreated cotton for flexibilty. Loose construction produces soft and flexible finishing buff. Loose buffing wheels work well on both flat and irregular surfaces, allowing the loose layers of cotton to reach in corners, around obstructions, and places other buffing wheels cannot reach. Buff will fray considerably upon initial use and during raking producing a very soft face. Good choice for low speed color buffing.
